The story of La Parisienne begins with the meeting of two extraordinary individuals, Vincent Gastaldi and Châu Giang.
Vincent, a proud Frenchman born in 1991, is an experienced restaurateur with two successful establishments in Levallois-Perret, at the gates of Paris. Together with his two brothers, he built a family-run culinary empire, thriving on their shared love for French cuisine. For Vincent, there’s nothing better than blending family values with the art of gastronomy.
Châu Giang, originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, is a brilliant graduate of one of her country’s top international business schools. She earned the highest marks in her academy and, despite her young age, has already proven herself as a savvy businesswoman. Her true passion, however, lies in French pâtisserie, celebrated worldwide for its elegance and creativity.
Their meeting led to the birth of La Parisienne, a pâtisserie with a unique mission: to reinvent classic French pastries by infusing them with a delicate Asian twist.
