Vincent, French restaurateur and co-founder of La Parisienne, brings his passion for gastronomy and family traditions to reimagining classic French pastries. Born in 1991, he has successfully launched two restaurants in Levallois-Perret, near Paris, with his brothers. With La Parisienne, he blends his love for French cuisine and entrepreneurial spirit to offer a fresh, modern take on artisanal pâtisserie.

A top graduate from Vietnam’s leading business school, she combined her vision with Vincent Gastaldi’s culinary expertise to create La Parisienne.
