Vincent Gastaldi

Vincent, French restaurateur and co-founder of La Parisienne, brings his passion for gastronomy and family traditions to reimagining classic French pastries. Born in 1991, he has successfully launched two restaurants in Levallois-Perret, near Paris, with his brothers. With La Parisienne, he blends his love for French cuisine and entrepreneurial spirit to offer a fresh, modern take on artisanal pâtisserie.

Châu Giang, a talented entrepreneur from Hanoi, has always been passionate about French pâtisserie. A top graduate from Vietnam’s leading business school, she combined her vision with Vincent Gastaldi’s culinary expertise to create La Parisienne. Together, they blend the elegance of French pastries with the delicate flavors of Asia.
